For BLU Vivo Go, when you type Starhub APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering Starhub Internet APN settings make sure you enter APN as shwap and not as SHWAP or Shwap. If entering Starhub APN Settings above to your BLU Vivo Go, APN should be entered as shwapint and not as SHWAPINT or Shwapint.
